Nestled into the peaceful Aspens neighborhood, this home is available for nightly rentals. Only a short drive from downtown Jackson, Teton Village or Grand Teton National Park, this home will have you centrally located for whatever adventures are on your vacation agenda year-round. This original log cabin provides modest comfort with its giant fireplace, second wood burning stove and pretty, private setting frequented by moose and other local wildlife due to water feature and natural scape in back yard off big deck

Vaulted ceilings and a custom stone-surround wood burning fireplace create an ambiance of elegance and warmth. French doors make for easy access to the rear private decks and a beautifully landscaped yard with a summer water feature and spectacular mountain views. Keep your eyes open for a view of the neighborhood moose, too!
Loft area is closed off by a chain and marked as Not suitable for Children and attached apartment is also not suitable for young children since it is detached.

  This house was a big hit for the eight of us on our family trip to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Beautiful home, great location, plenty of space, 5 bedrooms, and a huge dining room table worked perfectly for us!!! Like many before us...we were only there less than an hour before we saw a moose in the backyard! Honestly, I am hard-pressed to come up with any negatives. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back next time we are in Jackson.

  We enjoyed our time together at this unique cabin. There are two spacious living areas that gave our extended family room to visit. The water feature in the back was beautiful and one of the highlights was a moose coming to the water to drink while we were on the back porch. The cabin was clean and furnished with what we needed to relax.
  
  We had trouble with the internet connection to the TV; we could only watch in the morning. Our initial arrival was a little problematic because a tree service company had taken all of the parking. That was resolved by the next morning.

  The house is in a great location and accommodated a family of 10 comfortably. My entire family had nothing but wonderful things to say about this house.
  My husband and I were sitting outside on the back-porch drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful landscape when along came a moose and her calf. They came into the backyard to drink water out of one of the water features....absolutely amazing way to start our vacation!
  Regarding the general condition of the house...the house is beautiful, but there are a couple of boards on the front porch that may need to be replaced. (not my field of expertise, but they seemed a little too loose.) I did have to call Apex once because our coffee maker broke, and within 1 hour of my phone call they brought me a brand new coffee machine! The management is courteous and prompt - thank you Apex!
  My only other recommendation, and this is purely subjective, is the bathroom in the cabin off to the side could maybe benefit from a better shower head.
  Having said all of this, I would stay here again and most certainly would recommend my family and friends to stay here as well. This place is absolutely amazing.

  Our group found the house to be very spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient. Inside we enjoyed the large fireplace and living room space. The kitchen was easy to prepare meals. Each of the bedrooms has comfortable beds.

The house was great- all amenities there etc. there are two back doors that do not lock, and the third floor door was held with a piece of wood. Two bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly.   Enjoy the area from this home located on a quiet area off Moose-Wilson Road. This home provides plenty of room for families to stretch out and relax while in the area. Enjoy the outside deck and yard including the bear clawed tree behind the artificial waterfall! Everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast or dinner with your family is at your hand. This property is ideally located for early morning or evening excursions into GTNP or other areas. Apex Management provides excellent communications to their guest which makes the rental process a no-brainer. The next time we are in the Jackson area we will either rent Aspen's Lodge again or another property in Apex's portfolio of rental properties!

  We had plenty of room for 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the linens and towels. It was an hour drive to Togwotee for snowmobiling, but the view and wildlife during the drive was well worth it! We were only a few minutes drive from Teton Village and skiing at Jackson Hole. This was a great house to be centrally located with everything we wanted to do from shopping downtown at Jackson Hole, the car rental, the airport, skiing, and snowmobiling. We even saw A moose in the driveway! It moved along and started eating the neighbors trees, but that was pretty exciting.
  
  The only thing I wished that I had thought of, was a hot tub. After three days of snowmobiling, and a day of skiing, a hot tub would have really hit the spot! But that is me being really picky. We had a great time, and everything was seamless with this house rental. Way to go!

  Our extended family of 11 ranging in age from 11 to 78 enjoyed a marvelous stay in this house in Wilson. It's an ideal location for exploring the region, including Jackson, Grand Teton NP and Yellowstone. It's a quiet, yet convenient, neighborhood and the house has plenty of space for this many people. There's a lovely back deck and garden where we ate dinner several nights. And yes, we saw the moose one night about dusk. Apex was very responsive to our requests for some minor maintenance, like light bulbs and changing the sprinkler system hours. A few small improvements could make the house almost perfect. The kitchen needs better lighting; it's pretty dark. The MB bath needs a shower (just has a tub). The kitchen needs a few stools, and all bedrooms need dresser or bureau to put things in and on.

  we spent 11 nights in this home with 11 members of a multi-generational family. The home suited us very well. I was a good value, It has a quirky layout but plenty of space to spread out. The decks and the large artificial creek/pond were a highlight. The pond attracted a moose one evening off and on for almost two hours. On one occasion the moose was so close at the pond that we all decided to go inside. Exciting. this is our second rental in the Aspens through apex. the service and responsiveness are first-rate. probably the best agency I ever have dealt with. We really like the Aspens location and the way home feels like an isolated cabin in the woods. A few suggestions for the home--barstools in the kitchen, a ches/cabinet/more furniture in the second bedroom off the garage. No good place to put luggage and no place to sit. That bathroom also could be upgraded. Highly recommend this property for a large group.

  My family came from 4 different states to gather for my daughter's wedding in the Grand Tetons. For the first time in 2 years, I was able to gather my mom, all of my children and their significant others in this beautiful home for a week of laughter, cooking together and planning for my daughter's wedding. The home provided us with a great central location, more than ample room and the tranquility we needed to prepare for her special day. The home supplied all the amenities anyone would need, gorgeous water feature in the back yard, moose walking by daily and the management team and gardening staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly.
  I honestly cannot say enough about our time here at this home. It was a spectacular vacation for us and all of my daughter's wedding dreams came true! So much of that had to do with being able to gather as a family in such a great home. It was warm, inviting, spacious and well supplied with everything we needed. None of us wanted to leave! We definitely could not have chosen a better place for this amazing week.

  Wonderful house for a lot of people. Clean well stocked. Lots of living space. If you are going to rent, con’t buy anything other than perishables. The cabinets are filled with tea, coffeee, salt/pepper, oil and vinegar and paper goods along with cleaning supplies. Check in first to see if there is anything you need. Be careful with the iron. It has some sort of gunk on it that stained my pants. The only suggestion I have is another full length mirror. The house is really built for a large family or two families and there is only one full length mirror in the master bedroom. Loved the deck and we did have a visit from a moose. Sat down and watched us have dinner.

  This property was nice. The space in the rental was very adequate for 11 people. We enjoyed the outside deck area every evening. The room with 2 twins was very inadequate. That room needs amenity attention.
  No where to put clothes, no light next to beds. The room with 3 twins was adequate but no where to put clothes. The room on the other side of the garage (not accessible from inside the house) also needs amenity attention. Again, no where to put clothes only one night stand for king bed. Master bath tub with hand held shower. Be aware, but it was OK. The living area with fireplace was very nice. However the blinds when lowered fell apart, so old and sun rotted. Needs to be replaced. The kitchen is very adequate now, after getting good knives. Property people were attentive. We had a great time, just wish this house was kicked up a notch for the price. Owner needs to step up with a little more money.

  The property was accurately described, clean and well maintained. The rental agent responded to our requests for more kitchen utensils and glassware. The location was perfect for summer day trips into Grand Teton National Park and local ski lifts. An added feature was the Moose that came through the yard almost every night around dinner time to munch on the shrubs and drink from the pond. The water feature in the backyard is actually a pond with a water pump. It was not turned on until our last day!

  We enjoyed our stay at the Aspen Lodge. It's a character place close to the ski area. It has a nice floor plan that worked well for our group of 11. We would stay there again. However there were a few irritants: needs a full set of dishes and cooking pots to serve 11; needs a new 4 slice toaster; there was no BBQ or hot tub (both identified in literature for the place); two of the bathrooms need to be upgraded; heater in the cabin very noisy; two of the single beds were very uncomfortable; needs some games for evening entertainment; vacuum not working; need to have dressers in all rooms; more hand and dish soap supplies. While this a long list, all our group enjoyed staying at the just needs a little bit more attention. Addressing the above would make the place fabulous for a large group.

  Spend Xmas at this beautiful location at Wilson Wyoming only a short distance to Jackson Hole.
  Perfect house with heaps of room and nothing lacking.Clean and comfortable with heaps of fire wood .Centrally heated ,plenty of hot water and all the comforts of home.Beautiful surroundings with an insane amount of powder snow outside.Entrance to house and estate ploughed every day so access not a problem.Local shops in Wilson close by and only a short drive to Jackson.Apex rentals extremely helpful in organising house and making us welcome.We will definetely be back and highly recommend Apex rentals.

  Our 3-generation family had a wonderful time at this property, and a last minute cancellation left us with several unused bedrooms which gave our party of 6 plenty of room. The home did show its age a bit (mostly the exterior decking and walls), but the location was great and the backyard was delightful!
  
  The home was well-equipped and everything we needed was provided. Other than a new home being built right next door, it indeed felt very secluded, even though other properties were in fact quite close-by.
  
  Though we had no need to contact them about problems/issues, the property managers did a great job of communicating via email throughout the process, from initial contact up to arrival and departure.

  This property was more that we could have hoped for! Our family loves to cook when we're together - 7 at a restaurant can be a long wait! and we never know when we'll return from our days' adventure! So the kitchen, grill and ample seating for us was fabulous. Home is spacious and comfortable, only suggetion would be perhaps a double bed in the one room w/2 twin beds. An additional TV would be nice, but looks like the owners already prepped for that as the cables were run. We loved our nightly visit from the meandering moose! We will definately look to rent this house again on our next trip!!! Location is perfect!

  We had 7 adults and 3 kids and it never felt crowded. Great house with an excellent location.
  
  We came across a few issues, most specifically in the guest house where there were a handful of yellow jackets/bee's inside and the hot water there simply doesn't last long. However, the property management team was quick to respond and helpful throughout the stay. The beds were a little hard for our liking, but suppose that is personal preference, and some ceiling fans would be nice in all the bedrooms, but that's getting a bit picky. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and the wildlife will come right to your door! We saw a moose, and in 2 cases 2 of them, right in the back yard, on 3 of our 5 days. There is a grocery store and good restaurants all within close proximity and a quick drive to one of the park entrances that is a great way to get up to Jenny Lake. I would certainly stay here again.

  The cabin is as advertised and contains everything that you may possibly need for a comfortable vacation. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are nice and the kitchen utensils are good quality. I didn't hear any complaints. The wifi coverage was good and the TV area is very comfortable. The fireplace, dining area and couches are also very appealing. We say two elk right outside the bedroom window.

  This is a very nice sprawling cabin. It felt like a large ranch home with 2 separate sections to hang out in. One side had a large typical family room with a TV. The other side had a very large private log cabin great room with a very nice fireplace and a large dining table.
  We had 8 grown men and there was ample room to move around and spread out. It is a log cabin and so it fit perfectly with our expectations for a trip to Jackson Hole.
  There was lots of firewood and so the fireplace added greatly to our ski trip.
  The only complaints I heard was that there was no Hot Tub and that the single beds had less than comfortable mattresses. There is a sports center about a half a mile away that had a hot tub but that was expensive and a pain in the neck to go to.
