Fresh interior, excellent location in Aspens

Excitingly close to the mountains, this second story end unit is a short drive down the road to Grand Teton National Park or the world class skiing at JHMR. 3821 Chokeberry is a renovated mountain-contemporary condominium in the most private part of the Aspens, with wooded mountain views and a creek running under the bridge adjacent to the building.

This property offers a cozy fireplace, quiet deck, brand new bathrooms and many places to relax after a long day exploring the Jackson Hole area. This condo is both spacious and comfortable. The main level bedroom features two twin beds which are normally formatted in a king bed setup but can be separated if requested. The upstairs bedroom with an ensuite full bath has two twins that are normally separated but can be combined into a king bed format if requested. The upper level semi-enclosed loft area includes two twin beds and convenient work space area.

Between the town of Jackson (8 miles) and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (4 miles), this townhouse is excitingly close to the mountains and just a short drive down the road from Grand Teton National Park and world-class skiing.

2 car limit for parking. HOA regulations strictly prohibit RVs and trailers (all types).

The kitchen was a little tight but we still had many in and out to cook many meals. The hot water was in great surplus and the heat was good. The decor was nice too.   This was a perfect property for our family. It is a great location the kitchen was very well stocked (crockpot!) and it was clean and comfortable. It would be a bit tight for 6 people in the living room as we only had 4 and it was just right. If you can bring your own pillows, I would recommend it as the pillows were very flat. We had a wonderful time skiing Jackson Hole and visiting Jackson. I highly recommend the property. We will be back for sure!

  The people at Apex are quite nice, but the condo we stayed in was not very clean. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards and the silverware drawer (clearly dirty with food stuck on them), and the carpet smelled in the bedroom. This unit is rather dark, with not many windows and not many light fixtures - especially in the bedroom on main floor bedroom.

  Condo was clean and adequate for our family’s needs. No a/c so we entered in the evening and it was 88 degrees in the condo. It was July and hot during the days and cool over night but upstairs never cooled much. Our kids chose not to use the third room and all slept downstairs for cooler sleep. Maintenance did address the issue and brought us fans right away which was nice.
  If it were cooler weather we would stay again. Or maybe find another unit with ac if summertime. Apex management was very helpful and communicated well.
  Value for cost may be on the low side but everything seems expensive out there. Location was great! Between Teton Village and Jackson! Right off the trail. I also saw a moose outside our condo one evening! That was pretty cool. I did think it would have a better view of the mountains from the online photos but it did not.

  I did leave a detailed note at the property. This was a clean, very nice property. It's hard to navigate back through the small community, but after a few times it was fine.
  
  The property shows much larger in the photographs. It is pretty tight quarters. And the front bedroom showed as a queen sized bed and was really two twins. The one couple was not amused.
  
  There were ample supplies and dishes, but it appeared that no one had cleaned the glasses in quite a long time. Small details, but it's pricey to stay in Jackson/Wilson, do I would expect these would be items that are monitored.
  
  All in all a very nice property, just not quite what we expected.
