Fresh interior, excellent location in Aspens

Excitingly close to the mountains, this second story end unit is a short drive down the road to Grand Teton National Park or the world class skiing at JHMR. 3821 Chokeberry is a renovated mountain-contemporary condominium in the most private part of the Aspens, with wooded mountain views and a creek running under the bridge adjacent to the building.

This property offers a cozy fireplace, quiet deck, brand new bathrooms and many places to relax after a long day exploring the Jackson Hole area. This condo is both spacious and comfortable. The main level bedroom features two twin beds which can be formatted into a king bed setup if requested. The upstairs bedroom with an ensuite full bath features two twin beds that are normally separated but can be combined into a king bed format if requested. The upper level semi-enclosed loft area includes two twin beds and convenient work space area.

Between the town of Jackson (8 miles) and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (4 miles), this townhouse is excitingly close to the mountains and just a short drive down the road from Grand Teton National Park and world-class skiing.

2 car limit for parking. HOA regulations strictly prohibit RVs and trailers (all types).

  A flight of stairs from parking to front door. All twin beds. Tight kitchen (fine for one, not two food preparers; no exhaust fan for searing steak smoke; and needs a knife sharpener.) Those are minor inconveniences, but all should know. The place is very comfortable. And the convenience store at the entrance to the neighborhood is veritably a full grocery store of excellence. The rental management group is also excellent. Don’t hesitate to book this.

  Located 10 minutes south of the Grand Teton entrance and 15 minutes from Jackson the location was perfect. The Aspen community is well maintained and a pleasure to drive through.
  The condo was as described. It was very clean and updated. Everthying was great but I need to mention the following. Since there isnt air conditioning the upstairs took until 12 midnight to cool down. We set up fans to blow the cooler air from downstairs up to the 2nd floor. The mattresses were not great. After rotating them they were passable for a rental but not comfortable. Two windows upstairs were difficult to open since the crank was missing on 1 and broken on the other. Apex brought us additional requested fans immediately but they didnt fix the windows. All in all a great stay but be prepared to be hot especially upstairs. Tenps were in the upper 80s outside during our July stay.

  This was a perfect property for our family. It is a great location the kitchen was very well stocked (crockpot!) and it was clean and comfortable. It would be a bit tight for 6 people in the living room as we only had 4 and it was just right. If you can bring your own pillows, I would recommend it as the pillows were very flat. We had a wonderful time skiing Jackson Hole and visiting Jackson. I highly recommend the property. We will be back for sure!

There were dirty dishes in the cupboards and the silverware drawer (clearly dirty with food stuck on them), and the carpet smelled in the bedroom. This unit is rather dark, with not many windows and not many light fixtures - especially in the bedroom on main floor bedroom.

  Condo was clean and adequate for our family’s needs. No a/c so we entered in the evening and it was 88 degrees in the condo. It was July and hot during the days and cool over night but upstairs never cooled much. Our kids chose not to use the third room and all slept downstairs for cooler sleep. Maintenance did address the issue and brought us fans right away which was nice.
  If it were cooler weather we would stay again. Or maybe find another unit with ac if summertime. Apex management was very helpful and communicated well.
  Value for cost may be on the low side but everything seems expensive out there. Location was great! Between Teton Village and Jackson! Right off the trail. I also saw a moose outside our condo one evening! That was pretty cool. I did think it would have a better view of the mountains from the online photos but it did not.

  I did leave a detailed note at the property. This was a clean, very nice property. It's hard to navigate back through the small community, but after a few times it was fine.
  
  The property shows much larger in the photographs. It is pretty tight quarters. And the front bedroom showed as a queen sized bed and was really two twins. The one couple was not amused.
  
  There were ample supplies and dishes, but it appeared that no one had cleaned the glasses in quite a long time. Small details, but it's pricey to stay in Jackson/Wilson, do I would expect these would be items that are monitored.
  
  All in all a very nice property, just not quite what we expected.

  Great location. Upstairs bedroom the king size bed is a tight fit. Not a lot of room between it and the walls. Someone had cranked up the heat so it was very warm the first night but otherwise it was a great experience!
