This European style ski chalet is completely furnished and perfect for year-round living, a vacation getaway, or as a short-term rental. This multi-level home comes completely furnished in a Western motif and boasts four large bedrooms, two family rooms, and a bonus room (office or den). Other features include: 3,446 sq. ft. of heated living space; well appointed kitchen with black granite counter tops, glass door cabinets and modern appliances; wood, slate and tile floors throughout; lodge pole furnishings; upgraded lighting and plumbing fixtures; vaulted ceilings; large exposed beams; lots of windows (light and bright); mud room with cubbies for ski and outdoor gear; 2 car attached and heated garage with a floor drain; 2 wood-burning fireplaces; 5 balconies and 3 porches; outside hot tub; and heavily treed lot creating a sense of privacy. The well maintained exterior is a mix of heavy wood, stucco, and wood cedar shake siding and roof. The multiple balconies and decks, plus a hot tub, add to the enjoyment of our Jackson Hole summers. The property is heavily wooded, with lots of tall native grasses and wildflowers. Ski-in access to the world famous Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is only a few hundred feet from the property.


This 3400 square foot multi-level, contemporary home, located in Teton Village, offers a relaxing and enjoyable vacation spot for families or large groups. Perfectly situated within walking distance of Teton Village, the Phoenix House is the perfect option for families or multiple couples traveling together. This home features expansive outdoor decking and living areas, with a BBQ and large private hot tub. An oversized great room features a large stone fireplace, and media center. With plenty of seating, this space offers the perfect room for entertaining and catching up on the day's adventures.

On the first level, guests enter through the main entrance with stone floor and wooden storage cubbies. Adjacent is the attached two-car garage, and a sitting room that invites lounging with two couches, a river rock fireplace and AV center. The first bedroom, with two twin beds and an en suite bathroom is on this level with access to the outdoor hot tub.
The second bedroom, a queen, is up short flight of stairs and has an attached bath and small balcony.

Continue up the stairs and enter the main floor of the house with its gourmet kitchen, fully-equipped with new appliances, and adjacent dining room (seats 8-10). The many windows in the home offer great views of the wooded surroundings and mountains. The dining space opens to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and living room with second fireplace. Outside, a deck beckons with a gas grill and patio furniture. There are large sliding glass doors off of the living room that access the upper deck. Opposite of the kitchen is a sitting room and access to the deck. Continue up another small flight of stairs leads to a the 3rd bedroom with a queen, an en suite full bath and deck access.

Perched on the top floor is the private master suite with a lodgepole king bed, walk-in closet, AV center, and full bath with a double shower.

Teton Village is a spectacular location at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area. This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Jackson Hole has to offer. Guests staying in Teton Village will enjoy access to world class skiing during the winter and are perfectly positioned for an exciting, fun-filled, activity packed vacation in the summer! Minutes away lies the Moose Wilson entrance to Grand Teton National Park.

In summer, you’re within walking distance to a wide variety of activities in Teton Village. Your family and friends will keep busy in the Grand Adventure Park, learning the ropes course, bouncing around on the bungee trampoline, and climbing wall. You can also enjoy hiking the on-site trails spilling over with beautiful wildflowers, testing your MTB skills on lift accessed trails.

    Beautiful, clean home, nice floor plan for kids, parents, and grandparents to all have their own space. Just a quick 10 minute walk to Teton Village or a 15 minute drive to Jackson. There’s no A/C which is a little unnerving to a Texan but the portable a/c units provided in addition to opening the windows at night kept the house comfortable. It would be nice if the windows in the upstairs bedroom had screens and there needs to be a trash can in the upstairs bathroom. Very minor things, overall a wonderful trip and we would stay at this lovely home again!

    Our family enjoyed our first visit to the beautiful state of Wyoming. We stayed one week at the Phoenix House in Teton Village with close proximity to Jackson Hole. The natural beauty, wildlife, ability to enjoy hikes, biking, boating and western lifestyle made this visit a five star. The home and management were terrific and perfect for our family of 8. We had direct access to walking paths, Teton Village, and the many attractions of Jackson. We also were close enough to enjoy the many lakes, mountain paths, bike trails and even Yellowstone. Wildlife is amazing! Hope to return again!

    We stayed at the Pheonix House for three weeks and nearly shed a tear when we left. The three-minute walk to access to the ski area, the après hot tub and amazing fireplace were highlights. Rick and the Apex team were as helpful as any five-star hotel concierge throughout our stay. Between the Market at the Aspens and excellent take out from Teton Thai, Osteria, and Sudachi we ate well (and safely) during COVID. The room off the kitchen worked well as a home office during our stay. We loved our stay and recommend the Phoenix House highly!

    Amazing chalet that was perfect for a quarantine escape and cooking every night!! Lots of bathrooms and space for a group of 8-12. This place would be perfect for skiing, and we can’t wait to come back! Extra perk was seeing a moose mere feet from the hot tub on our last day!!
