With plenty of room for one family or two, you will find yourself looking forward to heading home at the end of each of your snowy or sunny excursions in Jackson Hole. Note Air Conditioning is on the main floor only (no upstairs A/C).

ONLY ONE GARAGE STALL AVAILABLE FOR RENTER USE. Two spaces in the driveway are available for car parking. HOA rules strictly prohibit RVs and ALL trailers.

  Our family had a great time in the Jackson area with this house being our central point. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us.
  The living area was a nice size with so many windows and a fireplace. We loved seeing deer walk by 2 or 3 times a day and had a giant raccoon on the patio one day. The dining room table was large enough for us to all eat together.
  Several people could work together in the kitchen without any problems. Some of the pans could be replaced--especially one skillet that everything stuck to. All appliances worked perfectly. We also liked that spices, etc. used by previous renters were in the cabinet so we didn't have to buy everything.
  We had 3 cars so 1 had to park in the garage. That person had a somewhat difficult time getting in and out with the other cars in the drive.
  The upstairs did get a little warmer than the rest of the house--especially the night we used the fireplace, but that was solved with cracking a window.
  There was LOTS of snow that week. The 2 little ones had a ball with the sleds in the front yard. Thanks to Apex for letting us ship the sleds to them. They were in the hall closet awaiting our arrival.
  We all had a wonderful week and were able to enjoy family time in the evenings with plenty of space to be together--and privacy available to have alone time.

  This was our 6th year staying in The Aspens neighborhood but 1st time at Unforgettable Family Vacation home. The home is even prettier in-person! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill in the evenings. And we enjoyed having Netflix, Hulu, and other apps on the tvs. The AC/Heating worked very well. We saw a fox in our background and a momma bear and 3 cubs, plus a momma moose and 2 young moose just a few doors down from the house. This is why we love The Aspens neighborhood!

  We really enjoyed our stay at this comfy home in the Aspens. Location was great and the home was very well appointed and comfortable. All beds were great except the upstairs queen and the downstairs twin(both squeaked a lot) Could of used more household products like tp and paper towels as buying it at the Aspen Market was crazy expensive but otherwise felt like the house was adequately stocked. We would definitely rent here again, we had a great week with our adult children!

  Can't say enough good things about this rental, or the experience with Apex. We were two families renting this house for a winter ski getaway and our kids (ages two and a half to four) - had the best time! We saw moose every day, sledded in the back yard, enjoyed warm fires, had lots of room to play indoors and out, and as adults we loved the hot tub in the evenings! Easy access to town and the mountain. Great set up for cooking and eating in. The Apex team made sure we had everything upon arrival and answered any questions immediately. Highly recommend to any family looking for a getaway, even if we were the fortunate ones to get to play in over 70 inches of snow!

  This house offered plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our 9 member family reunion plus the location was perfect for access to the Teton National Park and outside park hiking trails and drives. The house offers a number of bicycles and helmets for riding on the nearby bicycle paths, an outside grill and an outside hot tub. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, glassware and cookware. Located within the same housing location is a small store that offers both a wide variety of foods, deli items and wine/liquor. Apex Management is very responsive to requests or concerns and gives quick resolution for maintenance concerns or general feedback. We highly recommend this property and believe it is worth every dollar of rent.

  Well appointed home, convenient to skiing and hiking amenities of Teton Village, as well as the town of Jackson for groceries, shopping, etc. Great yard. We had a female moose and her cub who visited us in the back yard while we were there. They laid down in the yard and stayed awhile while we took pictures from 20 feet away. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, there was plenty of wood available. Bikes were available for our use, with bike paths to almost anywhere in the area you would want to go. A few folks in our group rode the bikes to and from the town of Jackson and never had to ride on the highway. Hot tub was perfect for cool nights. Large upstairs living room area with trundle beds makes a great sleeping area for kids and young adults. We will definitely request this house again on any future visits. 4 bedrooms and upstairs living area make this house very comfortable for 10-12 people.

  We enjoyed our rental in Wilson, WY. The house was spacious and thoughtfully appointed. It was very conveniently located to Jackson and to the Grand Teton National Park. If you are looking for more room and privacy than you would typically get in the Teton Village this is a great option. Our family of 6 (with 4 children) were able to spread out in this relatively large home. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking if that is your thing and the wrap around deck is a great place to rest and catch some sun. The only knock on the house is that they really could update the bathrooms. They are very clean and everything was in good working order, but it is an obvious place for improvement in an otherwise great house. Apex was a pleasure to deal with and communicated via email very effectively.

  Overall, the house exceeded my expectations. The house is very nice. A few notes:
  
  - The master bedroom is huge. My dad jokingly said that he got lost in the bedroom.
  
  - The kitchen is very nice with nice appliances and a huge island that makes the kitchen quite usable.
  
  - The dining room table is very big. 10 of us comfortably sat at the dining room table.
  
  - The house has four bedrooms. Each bedroom sleeps two. One of the bedrooms has a trundle bed for the second person. That is a total of eight people in bedrooms. The remaining four beds are in an open space upstairs. That space feels like an upstairs family room. These four beds comprise two twin beds with two trundles. So the house is not really set up for six couples. It is set up for three couples with six children. And four of the
  
  - I read a couple reviews about the mattresses being uncomfortable. I did not find the mattresses uncomfortable but my wife thought the mattress was uncomfortable. My parents slept in the master bedroom and liked their bed. I did not hear complaints from anyone else sleeping at the house.
  
  - The hot tub was nice. We used it a few times.
  
  - The neighborhood was nice. It is a very quiet neighborhood but close to everywhere we wanted to go.
  
  - I don’t know if we were supposed to use the bikes in the garage but we did. And it was really nice. We took a great bike ride around the neighborhood.
  
  - Communication from the rental company was great.
  
  There were a few minor issues; e.g., the blinds in one bedroom did not work, the windows in another bedroom did not open, one of the kitchen light switches did not work, and a plug in the master bedroom did not work. But these were minor issues for us. The overall quality of the house was great.
  
  I would recommend the house to a friend or relative and I would return to the house in the future.

  We saw Moose in the neighborhood, elk across from Teton Village, bison further up the park, ate at the Stagecoach, etc.

  We very much enjoyed our time at the house in Wilson. The location was perfect, and surroundings were amazing! We were even greeted by four moose in the yard on our first morning there! The bicycles and extra fishing poles were a nice surprise!
  The only feedback we would offer would be that we were somewhat disappointed in the home entertainment options. The Sonos system was great, but the lack of functioning DVD players made it difficult for us to keep our young children entertained while we were there in the morning and at night time. Also, the queen size bed's we're both fairly uncomfortable.
  All in all however, we loved the location and the house. I wouldn't be opposed to renting the same unit again. I would love to see the upgrades we mentioned above.

  Our family has stayed in many vacation homes, this one was ok. The location was great and the yard was great for the kids. Our over all stay was good. We felt like there were so many unnecessary little rules.
  I don't know if some of these issues are becoming standard in the rental world but they were new to us. Upon arriving the home was stuffy and didn't smell fresh. The bathrooms need updating. There is only one roll paper towel given, felt it was chincy, no dishcloths, we used wash cloths which were too big. The hot tub was murky and gross. Property mgmt told us it was on a regular maintenance schedule, but called them. Maintenance came the next day and agreed with me. They drained it etc. we lost 1 1/2 days of using it. One of the reasons for getting this home was because of the hot tub. We realize sometimes things get overlooked, It seems like a hot tub should be checked after each guest.The floors were not clean, vacuumed yes. If you walk on them with a pair of socks they are dirty. I am guessing they don't wipe them very good or at all after each guest. There weren't a full set of glasses for 12 people. Only 4 plastic tumblers, a bunch of coffee mugs, 4 shorter glasses. I felt like there should have been at least a decent set of tall glasses. Not just one but a few of the reviews mentioned how clean it was which gave me higher expectations only to be disappointed. Property management was very nice. We liked the lock box. It was nice NOT to have to go to a front desk to check in or out.

  Our family of 5 rented this lovely house as our home base for 9 days while we experienced Jackson Hole and the National Parks. This house is by far the best equipped and most comfortable house we have ever rented in 30 years of vacationing. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and cooking utensils, as well as enough dishes and silverware to feed a large family. The mattresses all comfortable prepared for us upon arrival. Apex was responsive to our TV cable issue and fixed it within 24 hrs. We also greatly appreciated the 4 adult bicycles provided to cruise around the neighborhood and quick runs to the market. Great first trip to WY !

  Very nice home, we love it. Pity it didn't have a view on the mountains, but all together it was very nice. The neighborhood is very calm, just as we wanted. The house itself is beautiful and the kitchen is very functional. The moose visiting the backyard was the highlight of the week.   Stayed in this home for 4 nights as part of our Jackson Hole extended family vacation. There were 10 of us, including 4 teenagers. There was ample room and privacy. The house was very accommodating. The bathrooms could be updated and the upstairs loft area and bedroom were kind of hot and stuffy...but we purchased some fans to help get air moving a bit. Plus, I believe we happened to be visiting during an unusually hot week. The deck and the yard were absolutely wonderful and my favorite part of the house! Even had a very nice hot tub to enjoy. One morning we awoke to a moose laying in the yard! Also, it was a perfect location, as about 10 minutes from Jackson shops and dining. We would most definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends!

  This is the most comfortable, clean and beautiful property! My husband and I took three daughters and their families to Jackson Hole, WY for a vacation in June 2016. We fit very comfortably in this spacious house. Perfect to have the three large bedrooms and the smaller bedroom with the trundle bed and the loft with two trundle beds. Easy for everyone to spread out. The house was very, very clean. It was wonderful to have the Wii game system for the kids and adults to enjoy in the evenings after a day of outdoor adventures. We loved the large deck. Our family loved eating our meals at the big table out there. The hot tub on the deck is great. The neighborhood was so cozy. It is a wooded area and we saw deer wandering through the yard. I know other guests have seen moose. This property is located close to everything we wanted to visit. The property description is very accurate. We had great customer service. We had an issue with a toilet not working and that was fixed very promptly. Jackson Hole Whitewater is a great company for float trips. Be sure to ask for Tom Kemper as a guide. We did one big grocery shopping trip in Jackson at Albertson's and cooked all of our evening meals at the house and packed sandwiches for lunches for our day trips. I would definitely recommend this property. It went beyond our greatest expectations. The folks at Apex were very helpful with questions I had before the trip and with instructions for checking in. Awesome, awesome, awesome. Hope we get to go back to this same house someday!

  Our vacation was incredible! The house was very well appointed, and Apex was great about helping us out when we needed something. This was the first winter vacation rental I had that actually had the kitchen well equipped enough to cook dinner every night without a struggle. We were in Jackson for a ski/snowboard trip and spent nearly every night at the home cooking dinner, relaxing in the hottub and playing on the Wii! The dining area had more than enough room for all 12 of us to eat at the same time. The location was amazing, 10 mins from Jackson Hole, 10 mins from the obly good grocery store in Jackson and easy to get to Grand Targhee. The only gripe I have at all was the single bed situations. It is 3 singles with 3 trundle beds which meant with all the single beds being used there wasn't much extra floor space upstairs. GREAT VACATION, A+!

  This house was the most beautiful, well appointed house we have ever rented. From the high end furniture to the amazing back deck and hot tub, everything about this house was top notch. The loft area was perfect for the kids and the use of the bikes and tubes in the garage was a big bonus. The kitchen even had coffee, filters, dish detergent, sandwich bags and more! There was laundry detergent, little shampoos and conditioners in the bathrooms, a hairdryer and lots of guidebooks on the area. Our only suggestions would be more large mixing bowls and metal baking pans in the kitchen and a recycling bin.

  We were very much at home in this lovely house. Our family, consisting of three generations, rented this home for one week in June-July 2014. The living areas are spacious. the kitchen perfect for making family meals and we all loved sitting around the long dining room table in the evening discussing our activities of the day. Later in the evening we enjoyed visitng in the hot tub. From this home you can ride bikes or walk to a wonderful grocery store and restaurant. The house is also close to Teton Village and Jackson. Clean, easy to access home, nice lawn, new renovations that are not quite completed but do not interferewith your stay.

  We had a wonderful stay in this house. It is in a very peaceful and quiet neighbor, yet close to Jackson Hole and Teton Village. The house is a great size with a large open kitchen and living area.   The house was perfect for 3 couples and 5 boys ages 8 and under. Good-sized yard for running and games; great location to bike trails and Teton Village and Jackson. A deli-grocery is a quarter mile away. The master bedroom is huge, the beds all comfortable, plenty of linens, the grounds and hot tub well maintained, and the property manager is most responsive. The pictures show the house well; it is beautiful!

  What a beautiful home that our family was privileged to stay in this past week. The home was spotless and spacious and had everything we needed to have a great time together. The neighborhood was great with a little market to grab those last minute things we forgot in Jackson Hole. It was a great surprise to see a moose in the neighbors yard one morning and watch it work its way towards the house for over half an hour. Then on the last night when we were out on the deck and in the jacuzzi, the moose visited us again, this time right in the side yard. Great memories that we won't soon forget!
